Info on the design

This textile was my first design involving sacred plants. All the images come from my original watercolor paintings. Included are: ayahuasca (Banisteriopsis caapi) flowers, leaves, seeds and branches, San Pedro ( Trichocereus pachanoi), Morning glory (Ipomoea  violacea), Ergot (Claviceps purpurea), Tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum) flowers and leaves, Belladonna (Atropa belladonna) flowers and seeds, Vilca (Anadenanthera colubrina) leaves, seeds and flowers, mushrooms (Psilocybe cubensis), Datura (Datura inoxia), Brugmansia (Brugmansia sanguínea), white morning glory (Rivea corymbosa), Chacruna (Psychotria viridis), and Coca (Erythroxylum coca) flowers and branches.
